• Design digital user interfaces, create graphics, and design new experiences or layouts that evolve and / or define visual systems for web-based applications and technologies with a focus on generating new visual language.
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and create design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for supported platforms.
• Drive partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to oversee user experience of a product from conception to launch.
• Domestic travel required 10-15%.Minimum Qualifications
• Requires 7 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• Requires 5 years of experience in the following skills :
• 1. Building and shipping applications or software at company-level scale
• 2. Interaction design, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs
• 3. Prototyping
• 4. Visual design, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconography
• 5. Understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external users
• 6. Creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts
• 7. Defining product specifications and user experiences
• 8. Understanding and interpreting user research and usability testing
• 9. Leading end to end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes, AND
• 10.
