Job Description : The Research and Proposal Specialist is a part of the Group Insurance Product & Underwriting team. The Proposal Specialist is primarily accountable for managing and executing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for our Premier / middle market customers (100-9,999 employees) working with our Sales and Account Management teams and may assist Sr. Proposal Specialists with proposals as needed. This will include effectively writing clear, concise, client focused, and compelling responses that effectively position Prudential's group insurance products and employee benefit solutions to address customers' needs. This professional will typically work independently within the team and collaborate with business partners, including Sales / Account Management, Underwriting, and Subject Matter Experts across the company to ensure a high-quality, personalized RFPs.
This role has no formal supervisory responsibility.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $65,900.00 to $102,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
