Brand and Product Marketing Coordinator

We are a Japanese noodle manufacturing company producing freshly crafted noodles for ramen, yakisoba, udon and gyoza / wonton wrappers since 1991. Being a subsidiary of Nissin Foods, our goal is to provide an authentic Japanese noodle experience to noodle lovers across the world.

We're looking for a motivated Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

• Key Responsibilities :

_Product & Market Research_

• Conduct research on consumer trends, preferences, and purchasing behavior in the food category
• Analyze the competitive landscape and identify product opportunities and white space
• Stay up to date on culinary and industry trends

_Product Development Coordination_

• Contribute to new product concepts and lead coordination with suppliers, designers, and internal teams
• Help evaluate samples, packaging specs, and product fit
• Collaborate with production to align product positioning and quality

_Campaign Development & Execution_

• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (offline, digital, social, in-store, email, etc.)
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for new product launches and seasonal promotions

_Content & Communication_

• Write and edit product descriptions, packaging copy, digital content, and advertising materials
• Support creative asset development using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools

_Cross-Functional Collaboration_

• Work closely with sales and production teams to execute launch strategies
• Lead internal communication efforts around product development timelines and progress

_Performance Monitoring_

• Monitor marketing and product performance data
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

_Event & Trade Show Support_

• Coordinate samples, and promotional materials for trade shows and sampling events
• Attend events to communicate directly with consumers and buyers, introducing products and sharing the brand's story
• Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 2–3 years of experience in product marketing, food marketing, or a related field (preferably in food or CPG)
• Ability to handle basic cooking tasks (e.g., product testing, recipe content, events)
• Interest in Japanese or Asian cuisine and food culture
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of major social platforms : Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other basic design / video tools (preferred)
• Preferred Qualifications : (a plus, not required)
• Experience with photo and video shooting
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience with WordPress
• Understanding of Google Analytics and / or Google Ads
• Experience in brand development or product launch planning
• Event coordination or trade show support experience
• Others
• Possibility of weekend work depending on business needs
• Remote work one to two days per week. Subject to change at the company's discretion.
