Be a vital part of our care team! Are you a compassionate and vigilant individual seeking to provide crucial support to patients in a healthcare setting? We're looking for a dedicated Full-Time Patient Companion to help ensure the safety and well-being of our patients. In this essential role, you will :

• Provide direct patient safety : Specifically monitor patients who may be confused, impulsive, at risk for injury, or require close observation.
• Support under RN direction : Work closely with a Registered Nurse to create a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Deliver compassionate care : Offer companionship and emotional support, contributing to the spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological well-being of patients.
• Documentation & communication : Accurately document observations and communicate effectively with clinical staff.
• Respond to needs : Set priorities for response and support clinical staff in emergency situations.
• Uphold our mission : Contribute to the core values of CHI Health by fostering a collaborative and safe environment.
