Enterprise Federal Healthcare System Interoperability Objectives
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee delivery of enterprise Federal healthcare system interoperability objectives including Health Information Exchanges, external clinical data synchronization services, public health reporting, regulatory and myriad other data sharing and exchange initiatives.
2. Provide oversight and guidance for multiple teams across multiple Oracle organizations. Teams include consultants, developers, engineers, operations, support, contracting, operational excellence, communications, reporting, etc.
3. Interact with, communicate, and gain mutual understanding with team members at all levels of the org chart from developer to senior executive.
4. Operate with extreme clarity and / or when the requirements are ambiguous.
5. Understand schedule, risk, and issue management.
6. Interact with software specifications, designs, data mapping, etc.
7. Translate business requests into functional and technical requirements.
8. Distill complex activities into simple forms of written, visual, and verbal communication for all levels of stakeholders including internal and external end users.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
