Job descriptionFive or more years of caregiving experience, including two years with children Must be at least 23 years old Valid driver’s license with three or more years of driving experience Own or lease a 4-door vehicle no more than 13 years old (10 years in select markets) Clean driving record Pass comprehensive multi-agency background check including fingerprinting Total Flexibility – Work when it works for you Earn More – Base fare plus bonuses for eligible rides Extra Income – Great for caregivers, teachers, retirees & parents Make a Real Impact – Support families and kids in your area New fully qualified CareDrivers can earn up to $50 / trip during HopSkipDrive’s Welcome Guarantee promotion, which guarantees you will earn $500 for 10 completed trips within the first 14 days immediately following your certification.
