Key Responsibilities
Proactively communicate with clients and respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Build long-term relationships with clients and assist them with software and website management
Conduct client training and oversee development projects, integrations, and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience with software and SaaS products
Ability to manage complex customer implementations and prioritize client needs
Experience in technology training and understanding end-user needs
Passion for classic and collector cars
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
