Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Washington, DC. The General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Tasks include managing staff, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, overseeing inventory and supplies, maintaining financial records, and implementing policies and procedures. The General Manager will also be involved in strategic planning and marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant.

• Experience in staff management and team coordination
• Financial management and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the Asian American culinary scene is a plus
