The Sensory Studio is a fast-growing pediatric Speech and Occupational Therapy organization with multiple locations and an unmatched reputation for energy, innovation, and clinical excellence.
Behind the scenes, we are building something bigger than therapy. We are actively expanding and strengthening — our internal system and digital infrastructure designed to support scalable healthcare operations, clinical workflow, scheduling, billing logic, internal reporting, automation, and long-term growth. This is not a “helpdesk” job.
This is a build-the-future role with real responsibility, real ownership, and real impact.
We are seeking an Technology Coordinator who can step into our ecosystem, learn it deeply, and help strengthen both our software systems and internal tech infrastructure across all of The Sensory Studio locations.
The Technology Coordinator will support the continued development, maintenance, and evolution of Max Studio Health (MSH), our internal EMR system and also play a key role in supporting internal technology logistics across all centers. This person will be responsible for understanding how MSH functions end-to-end, supporting and improving its workflows, and ensuring our team has the technology support and infrastructure needed to operate efficiently day-to-day.
This role requires someone who can think like an engineer and operate like a leader — someone who is technically sharp, operationally organized, and able to handle both systems development and real-time studio technology needs.
Required Technical SkillsFront-End Development:
- ReactJS (Proficiency strongly required)
- HTML / CSS
- TailwindCSS (Highly preferred)
- Proficiency in other modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, etc.) is acceptable, as long as you can work confidently in React.
Back-End Development
- Python (Strong proficiency required)
- SQL (PostgreSQL) (Strong proficiency required)
- Experience working with AWS CLI
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and cloud workflows
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Understanding
ALL aspects of AWS infrastructure is a requirement. Candidates must have strong familiarity with cloud architecture and implementation, including:
- AWS Lambda

- S3
- DynamoDB
- CloudWatch
- RDS (PostgreSQL)
Infrastructure / DevOps Skills
- Docker
- Git / Version Control
Internal Technology & Studio Support Responsibilities
In addition to software development and cloud infrastructure work, this role will also support internal technology operations across all Sensory Studio centers.
This includes hands-on management and troubleshooting of daily tech needs such as:
- Supporting staff with internal technology requests and troubleshooting
- Computer, laptop, and workstation support
- Printer setup, connectivity troubleshooting, and general printer maintenance support
- Telephone system support (including Net2Phone), call routing issues, voicemail troubleshooting, and internal messaging support
- Wi-Fi and connectivity troubleshooting, including coordination with service providers when needed
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding technology logistics (device setup, access, accounts, permissions)
- Conducting equipment audits across all centers
- Maintaining and tracking technology inventory across locations (computers, iPads, printers, headsets, accessories, etc.)
- Ensuring each center remains organized, operationally prepared, and properly equipped
This role requires someone who is responsive, dependable, resourceful, and able to support real-time operational needs in a fast-moving pediatric healthcare environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Supporting the continued development and expansion of Max Studio Health (MSH)
- Troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving system workflows across internal platforms
- Building scalable tools that support Admin, HR, Billing, and Clinical Operations
- Managing AWS deployments, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems
- Maintaining clean documentation to ensure long-term sustainability of systems
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
- Supporting automation, API connectivity, and internal reporting tools
- Assisting with technology planning, infrastructure upgrades, and long-term systems strategy
- Ensuring all internal technology systems remain secure, functional, and reliable across centers
What We’re Looking For We can teach systems. We cannot teach mindset. To thrive at The Sensory Studio, you must be someone who naturally embodies:
- Strong ownership mentality and self-direction

- Organization, structure, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond efficiently to urgent needs
- Strong documentation habits and pride in clean, sustainable work
- A growth mindset and genuine interest in building something long-term
We are looking for someone who doesn’t just “maintain.”
We are looking for someone who builds, improves, and strengthens systems continuously.

While not required, we strongly value candidates with:
- Healthcare operations technology experience
- HIPAA-aware system design and compliance awareness
- Experience with internal dashboards, admin portals, or automation tools
- Experience working in scaling environments with evolving infrastructure
- Strong UI/UX instincts for building staff-friendly systems
