Who You Are : The Physical Plant Technician at Tri County Tech focuses on maintaining and optimizing HVAC units to support a comfortable and safe campus environment. This role involves detailed inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation. With a focus on high standards and problem-solving, the technician plays a vital role in supporting the functionality and comfort of campus facilities, aligning with the institution's goals for quality and safety across its environments.

Terms of Employment : Twelve months; salary to be established by the Board of Education.
Evaluation : Performance evaluated by the Senior Administrative Director per Board policy.
Status : Non-Exempt
Salary : $28.85 p / hour + DOE ($60,000 annually)
NIMS Designation : General, 100 & 700
