Compensation Range : $60-$70 / hr W2
Responsibilities :
- The AD is responsible for the look-and-feel of projects with a strong emphasis on developing and refining concepts, digital strategy; UI and UX design experience is a plus.
- Additionally, they will be supporting various initiatives and partnering closely with cross-functional teams – Marketing, International Business Development, eCommerce, Social, Digital and Creative teams as well as global partners and external vendors.
- This person must be highly knowledgeable in understanding consumer behavior in beauty (especially luxury brands), the nuances of online functionality, digital marketing, emerging technology and trends and incorporate it into the creative process.
Day-to-Day
Create concepts and execute digital touch points, with a focus on the e-commerce ecosystem with a strong focus on our mobile platformMaintain visual and conceptual consistency across multi-channel brand strategy for collections and brand initiatives and apply to all interactive platformsConceptualize break through (brand appropriate) digital creative that is modern and disruptive with dynamic story tellingOversees the production process for all digital assetsAttend photo and video shoots and oversee post-productionMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.Possess an open attitude and collaborative style. Need to collaborate with cross functional teams and with our key global partnersIdentify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry and apply new ideas to IT Cosmetics global digital strategyMust Haves (Required Qualifications) :
10 years in a highly productive creative environment, with a focus on E-commerce.Experience working within luxury beauty and highly knowledgeable in understanding consumer behavior in that space.Strong portfolio of real-world work that showcases retail-focused design thinkingUnderstanding of digital ecosystems, e-commerce design, and mobile-first creative strategy.Experience with people management and mentoring a team of designersProficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with UI / UX design principles.Ability to communicate concepts through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, visual comps and interactive prototypesNice to Haves (Preferred Skills) :
Familiarity with emerging digital platforms and content innovation.Knowledge of digital marketing and performance-driven creative strategies.Comfortable operating in global brand structures with multiple stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
