A company is looking for a Global Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and administer company compensation programs
Manage job action requests, salary reviews, and ensure compliance with compensation policies
Provide consultation and recommendations regarding employee compensation and job classifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 9+ years of related experience in global compensation
5+ years of experience in overall compensation and plans outside the U.S
Certifications : Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and / or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
Comprehensive knowledge of compensation laws and best practices for countries outside the U.S
Technical skills : MS Office, HRIS (Workday a plus), and Global Compensation systems
