Job Overview :
We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive based in Columbia, SC (or surrounding areas). This role is perfect for someone experienced in B2B sales, motivated to close new business, and ready to grow with a respected brand. Includes base salary plus quarterly commissions.
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and account growth in the South Carolina multifamily market
- Generate new business through creative outreach and prospecting
- Present flooring solutions to builders and property managers
- Prepare pricing, proposals, and project documents
- Maintain regular communication with clients and project teams
- Visit job sites and track project progress and performance
- Report on market trends and competitive activity
- Keep an organized office and sample system
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications :
1–2+ years of outside sales experienceTrack record of meeting / exceeding sales targetsFlooring or construction industry experience preferredExperience working with multifamily clients is a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and professionalProficient in Google Docs / Sheets, Gmail, and Microsoft WordReliable transportation and valid driver’s license📧 To Apply :
