This dynamic position is designed to cultivate a diverse finance experience. The Accounting & Finance Manager will monitor and improve daily accounting operations, manage a team of accounting personnel to improves / enhance accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting.

Accounting & Finance Manager Responsibilities

The Accounting & Finance Manager will be In charge of accounting and related reporting; standard cost / variance analysis, inventory transactions, and analysis.

Leads monthly, quarterly, and year-end

Lead and enhance internal controls and accounting policies, and financial reporting

CapEx planning and budgeting.

Assist with the month-end review of JE, BR and related

Assist with budgeting and related analysis.

Champion compliance and implement policies and lead accounting policy improvements

Accounting & Finance Manager Qualifications

CPA or CMA in active status (or working towards certification)

BA in Accounting or Finance

Solid ERP and EXCEL experience

A ccounting & Finance Manager or closely related experience
