Nights, featuring 8 and 12-hour shifts, with a rotation every third weekend and holidays.

Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you'll care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesStroke patients in our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramHigh volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients along with medical overflow casesAs part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , we provide exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care.Apply clinical judgment, communication skills, and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomes.Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the care continuum.Why Join Us?

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience Required :
