The Field Sales and Marketing Representative acts as the frontline ambassador for the beverage brand, driving sales, building relationships with accounts, and executing high-impact marketing activities across assigned territories. This position is hands-on, focused on both sales and brand-building at retail and hospitality locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospects for new business and manages existing accounts, targeting bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail outlets to grow product placement and distribution.
  • Develops and implements creative in-store / venue promotions and merchandising programs that drive sales and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Monitors stock levels, manages orders, and provides feedback on product performance and market trends to internal teams.
  • Attends trade shows, industry events, and brand activations in assigned territories.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in beverages or consumables.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time, routes, and priorities independently within the assigned territory.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for brand-building.
  • Knowledge of beverage industry trends, regulations, and product categories
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends for special events and promotions.
