A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist responsible for various HR functions including employee relations and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Manage unemployment claims and support benefits administration
Conduct employee investigations and maintain HR file compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of four years' experience in human resources
At least one year of experience in employee relations and investigations
Two years of experience in full cycle recruitment and onboarding
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HR management systems
