Material Handler
As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing all incoming raw materials to the production floor during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for staging and preparing all required materials for upcoming shop orders and the subsequent production shift. Your ability to read and interpret shop orders and pull sheets to determine material requirements is essential. You will verify material availability against the production schedule and communicate any shortages. Additionally, you will transport raw materials from the cooler / dry goods warehouse to designated production areas, and support cycle counts or inventory audits as needed. Adherence to safety protocols, GMPs, and company procedures is a must, along with the operation of forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.
