A company is looking for an Implementation Partner Consultant to support its Retirement Plan Services organization in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute complex implementation plans to meet clients' service needs and business objectives
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and maintain strong implementation plans and relationships
Advocate for customers to influence key projects and initiatives while providing training and resources on processes and services
Required Qualifications
4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management relevant to the position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated skills in organization, negotiation, and presentation
Retirement plan administration / operations experience preferred
