Requirements :

  • Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Be an enrolled Medicaid provider
  • New Mexico license

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct diagnostic and physical evaluations to assess if children require physical therapy services
  • Attend Individualized Education Plan (I.E.P.) meetings for potential and assigned caseload
  • Collaborate with other providers to develop and implement written I.E.P. programs
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other relevant stakeholders regarding assigned caseload
  • Regularly assess and report on student progress
  • File and update all instructional components with special education teachers
  • Submit necessary reports on a weekly basis
  • Any other duties as assigned.
