About The Team
As a Program Control Analyst, you'll join a tight-knit, collaborative team that connects the dots between program execution and financial performance. In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day financial tracking and reporting that keeps projects running smoothly and in compliance. You'll prepare the data and analysis that help leaders make smart decisions, while building hands-on experience across multiple contracts, funding requirements, and proposals. It's a great opportunity to learn government contracting from the ground up and grow toward senior finance or operations roles.
What You'll Do
You'll handle the day-to-day financial and operational tracking that helps our leadership make informed decisions. This includes :
You'll get to work closely with Program Managers, Contracts, and FP&A, learning firsthand how all the pieces of program finance fit together.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range : $90,000 - $130,000
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. The final salary offer will be determined after a thorough review of the candidate's background and alignment with the role.
