What You’ll Do

• Manage the flow of creative and marketing projects from request through completion.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and feedback between team members, leadership, and vendors.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and production queue to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
• Assist with logistics, shipping, setup, and materials for national tradeshows and events.
• Manage vendor communication and budgets; oversee collateral, shipments, and post-show recaps.
• Support internal company events and meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with print, promo, and digital vendors for quotes, proofs, and invoicing.
• Manage purchase orders, budgets, and invoice reconciliation to keep projects on track.
• Assist with social media and email campaigns, including scheduling, posting, and reporting.
• Help maintain and update the company website, ads, and landing pages.
• Edit and format marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications.
