As a Director of Product Management, you will lead the future of our accounting product, driving innovation, strategy, and execution to build a financial system that makes bookkeeping effortless and scalable for our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Define a bold product vision for accounting and translate it into a clear, compelling strategy and roadmap that rallies the entire team.

Champion customer needs, driving a culture of feedback and iteration, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term outcomes across Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Experience.

Attract, grow, and retain world‑class product talent, building a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Services, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product strategy supports all key initiatives and act as the accounting product expert and thought leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in product management or a highly related field, with 5+ years mentoring product managers in SaaS environments.

Track record of delivering customer‑centric products in partnership with Engineering and Design.

Experience with 0 to 1 new product development and optimizing existing products for growth.

Ability to create a multi‑year view of product priorities and investments, articulating impacts and trade‑offs.

Demonstrated ability to foster high‑performing culture and lead through growth and complexity.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a low‑ego, high‑trust style.

Background in accounting is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 base pay. The actual compensation will be determined by candidate skills, experience, and internal equity.
