As the Training Generalist, you will impact teammate's lives by assisting them with skill building, career growth, and other professional development and training. Implement division operations training via stand-up facilitation, workshops, eLearning, coaching, and OJT. Provide non-operational training to staff as required.

Benefits you can count on :

• Pay rate : $70,000 to $81,000 per year.
• This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 10% of your base annual salary.
