Training & development

Role Description

Our front desk guest service team members help create a golden experience for our member families by providing excellent customer service to guests in person or over the phone. They will educate customers on promotions and special offers as well as maintain the store environment.

Shifts Available

Overland Park:

• Monday: 3:30-7:30 pm
• Tuesday: 3:30-7:30 pm
• Wednesday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; 3:30-7:30 pm
• Thursday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
• Sunday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Lenexa:

• Monday: 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Tuesday: 3:30 pm-7:30 pm
• Wednesday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
• Thursday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm

Additional shifts can be picked up as they emerge

Who Will You Be Reporting To?

General Manager Kirsten Conrad & Assistant General Managers Catherine Buist and Alex Randall.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to commit to at least 4 months of employment

Helpful Past Experience

• Though not necessary, we have found that team members with the following experience have thrived at Goldfish: Aquatics, Baby Sitter Camp Counselors, Child Care, Nanny, Education, Instructor, Teacher, Daycare, Work with Kids, Customer Service, Early Education, After School Job, Retail, Restaurant, Service Industry

Job Type: Part-time

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
