Position : Senior HR Generalist – Spanish bilingual

Location : Motley, MN

Pay Range : $59,280 – $80,000

What You’ll Do :

• Be the go-to HR partner for operations teams—drive policy administration and implement programs that matter
• Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and craft accurate, compelling job descriptions
• Own the hiring process : post jobs, recruit, interview, and select top talent
• Lead onboarding and training initiatives to set employees up for success
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle exit interviews with professionalism
