The Loader plays a vital role in our food manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and safe production of food products according to established quality and safety standards. This role involves operating warehouse equipment, monitoring production processes, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the warehouse area.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Load pallets and properly place items / product in trailer trucks with a powered industrial vehicle or other equipment.
• Receive bulk ingredient, packaging, and raw material items and put away in designated area.
• Assist in conducting cycle counts on raw materials and finished goods.
• Document relevant shipping and receiving information.
• Store and put away finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Ensuring daily adherence to the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Regulations
• Inspection of packaged finished goods and ingredients.
• Ensure the integrity and sustained certification of the food safety and food quality system.
• Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality issues from occurring.
• Evaluating hazards, verification of measures and procedures that should be taken to achieve a safe work environment.
• Works in a safe manner and promptly reports hazards identified in the work environment.
• Work involves the use of equipment controls, flour system, and blender recipe system.
• All other duties assigned.
