We are seeking an experienced Superintendent of Construction to oversee and manage the scheduling of 20+ subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring timely project completion. The successful candidate will ensure subcontractor compliance with their scope of work and correct any deficiencies identified by the project team. This role involves leading subcontractor and preconstruction meetings, performing quality control checks, and addressing conflicts in the construction process.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule 20+ subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with their scope of work and address any deficiencies.
• Lead subcontractor and preconstruction meetings to coordinate work.
• Perform quality control checks on work performed.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and issues in the construction process.
• Communicate with the project team regarding issues, material submittals, and RFIs.
• Maintain a daily log of activities on the job site using daily reporting software.
• Ensure compliance with local township requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Hold all subcontractors accountable to OSHA and company safety standards.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $67.31 / hr.
