Key Responsibilities :

• Department Management (40%) :

Oversee service delivery and collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care.

Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.

Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with the ASC Educator.

Regularly meet with leadership to discuss operational effectiveness.
