Specific Responsibilities :

Respond to jobs and initiate work in accordance with IICRC standards and Rainbow Restoration's internal processesMaintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all timesPerform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as requiredPerform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job dutiesJob Requirements :
We are a 24-hour emergency service company, and all team members are required to be on-call and respond when neededValid Driver's LicenseExcellent communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional appearance and personalityTeam player who can work independentlySmart phone and tablet computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software applicationsComputer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook) and other computer softwareAbility to learn new computer softwareExperience in Xactware software would be helpful, but not mandatoryRestoration and construction experience helpful, but not requiredAble to occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 poundsWilling to train supporting team members (stewardship)Career minded mentality planning for future positions / ownership, not just looking for a job for todayMultiple Positions Available
Starting Compensation (based on number of certifications & experience) :
