Overview

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior
• Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed

Experience : Behavioral health : 2 years (Required)

License / Certification : Driver\'s License (Required)

Ability to Commute : Dearborn Heights, MI (Required)

Ability to Relocate : Dearborn Heights, MI : Relocate before starting work (Required)
