Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Advise developers, property owners, investors, and institutions on NYC zoning, planning, and land use issues.
• Handle applications before the City Planning Commission, Board of Standards and Appeals, and other municipal agencies.
• Draft and negotiate agreements related to development rights, easements, and zoning lot mergers.
• Represent clients in hearings, community board meetings, and agency presentations.
• Provide counsel on environmental review (SEQRA / CEQR), historic preservation, and related regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with litigation and transactional colleagues on complex real estate and development projects.
