Agricultural Loan Officer — Callaway County, Missouri (Community Bank)

This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be out in the field (literally), visiting farms, learning about operations, and helping producers access the financing and tools they need to grow. What You’ll Do
Build and manage a diverse portfolio of agricultural and rural loans
Develop new business through relationship-building, farm visits, and community involvement
Analyze credit risk, cash flow, and collateral to structure sound loan packages
Ensure portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance with policy standards
Collaborate with credit analysts, loan assistants, and supportive senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in community banking, agricultural finance, or lending
Strong personal or professional background in agriculture (farm / ranch experience preferred)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Sound judgment, analytical ability, and problem-solving mindset
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, ag economics, or equivalent experience
