The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality direct patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse. This role includes adhering to the care plan, implementing treatments, and working with a team to achieve positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct patient care according to the Nurse Practice Act and company policies.
• Implement care plans developed by registered nurses.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and refer needs to appropriate disciplines.
• Follow all infection control measures and safety protocols.
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Engage in personal and professional development activities.
• Meet documentation standards and adhere to operational procedures.
• Perform other nursing duties as required.
