Position Overview
As a Respiratory Care Practitioner , you'll deliver high-quality respiratory therapy across hospital and clinic settings. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans, manage advanced ventilatory and monitoring equipment, and ensure patient-centered care from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to plan and deliver respiratory care.
Operate and maintain ventilators, diagnostic devices, resuscitation equipment, and oxygen therapy systems.
Conduct assessments, procedures, and patient education.
Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing training programs.
Compensation & Incentives
Hiring Bonus : Eligible for up to $10,000 for external candidates who meet program criteria.
