Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely and high-quality service

Prepare and review complex tax returns and conduct tax planning for individuals and businesses

Provide mentorship and guidance to staff accountants while managing multiple client projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

4-6 years of progressive tax accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or client service

Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and accounting principles

Proficient in QuickBooks Online, tax preparation software, and Excel

Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines
