Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative you will become an integral part of the Sales Support team by developing bid prices for water and wastewater distribution projects within an assigned territory. Day to day activities include tracking projects from internet-based software, interpreting specifications to determine bill of materials. You will work with Authorized Distributors and Manufacturers' Representatives for recommendations, modifications, or improvements to specifications. You will develop the desired bid price after analysis of specs, availability, costs, and acceptability. Additional responsibilities include formulating an accurate proposal of the company's offering, sending proposals to appropriate parties involved and follow up after the bid for feedback. You will review new purchase orders / contracts, and provide details for order entry.
This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
Assess and address external customer needs by providing stock checks, expedites, technical support, order history-tracking shipments and product applications / limitations.
Analyze customer requirements and develop proposals that best meet the needs of our customers.
Provide support needed to resolve customer complaints and issues including all paperwork and follow up until process is complete.
Act as liaison between outside sales representatives / customers and various plants.
Work closely with Planners and Manufacturing Department to provide current information on lead times.

Primary work hours will be Monday through Friday. Work hours will vary based on customer requirements. This position is non-exempt and does qualify for overtime pay.
Salary / Pay Range : $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
