Neurology Physician

Neurology locums in Central Illinois. Please see the details below :

• Start as soon as credentialed and ongoing
• 7 shifts per month
• There is call to read EMU's - 5 Bed EMU
• 8-12 patients a day
• Ideally able to read cEEGs and LTEEGs, staff the EMU and support the functional neurosurgery program(e.g. brain mapping) and meet residency training requirements
• Experience or willingness to learn the indications and management of VNS, RNS and DBS for epilepsy would be ideal
• Experience with perioperative stero-electroencephalogram(SEEG) analysis is ideal
• 3 APP s and neurological support team
• Growing practice and looking to refocus on complex patients
• Teaching facility with 16 Neurology Residents
• The only level I trauma center in the city
• Must be currently Illinois licensed
• Travel, lodging, paid malpractice insurance included
