Director of Operations

Position : Director of Operations – Manufacturing (Contract)

Location : On-site | Santa Fe Springs, California

Duration : 4 Months

Employment Type : Full-Time | Contract

Salary : Annually : $130,000 to $180,000

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead manufacturing operations in our Santa Fe Springs facility. This 4-month contract role is ideal for a senior operations leader with a strong background in production oversight, team leadership, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• ?? Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, logistics, inventory, and quality control
• ?? Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and ensure operational excellence
• ?? Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs
• ?? Manage vendor relationships, supply chain coordination, and procurement activities
• ?? Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• ?? Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with strategic objectives
• ?? Support reporting, documentation, and project execution across departments
