Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct and support internal/supplier audits for process and system to ensure GEV Remanufacturing requirements for quality product and desired deliverables.
• Control Non-Conformance products with proper disposition and communication may require with engineering department to set up standard dispositions.
• Control calibration process and tooling to assure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Provide quality KPIs to the local leadership such as NCR/SDR closing rate DPMO COPQ FPY RTY etc. weekly basis/as needed.
• Lead lean activities such as Kaizen 5S Standard work/disposition and report out to the local leadership.
• May require investigating or being a part of investigation for RCCA to set up CAPA.
• May required leading MOC for all changes regarding quality subjects including monthly reporting of MOC status.
• Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control. Includes quality assurance of products services manufacturing processes. Includes conformance in manufacturing incoming goods control product inspection witness points etc.
• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
• Provide reporting and system support to ensure storage maintenance for finished goods is completed within specified duration. Includes finished goods auditing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality.

Additional Information

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $74800.00 and $112200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
