StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular Pay Rate : $294.88 - $319.20

This facility is seeking an Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
• Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases : Urology
• Credentialing Timeframe : 12 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Athena / HMS MedHost and CPOE
• Certifications Required : Board Certification, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Licensure Required : Active New Mexico license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
