About Us

At Neuro S.P.A.C.E. ABA, we are building a “Neurodiverse Universe” where every child and family is supported through individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services. We provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) across Central Pennsylvania and are seeking passionate RBTs and BHTs to join our team. Whether you are credentialed or new to the field, we provide training and supervision to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home, school, community, or center-based settings.

Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Collect accurate session data and track client progress.

Support children in building communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills.

Collaborate with families, educators, and clinical team members.

Attend supervision meetings and required staff trainings.

Maintain confidentiality and follow IBHS and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements (BHT) :

High School Diploma or GED.

One of the following :

At least 2 years of full-time experience working with children / adolescents, OR

60 college credits (with 12 in psychology, education, or related field), OR

Equivalent DHS-approved qualifications.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within service area.

Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.

Preferred :

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.

Don’t have your RBT credential yet? We provide paid training and supervision to help you achieve it within the first 6 months of employment.

Required Clearances

All employees must obtain and maintain valid Pennsylvania clearances :

PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 33)

PA State Police Criminal Background Check (Act 34)

FBI Criminal History Background Check (Service Code : 1KG738)

Mandated Reporter Training Certificate

NeuroS.P.A.C.E. ABA will provide instructions for completing these during onboarding.
