- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with great attention to detail.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed to support customer or team requirements.
- Process orders and handle order entry tasks to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively through email correspondence to address customer needs and follow up on pending matters.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation, reporting, and other administrative purposes.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and accuracy in all interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to a fast-paced call center environment while staying organized and meeting performance targets.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in email correspondence.
