About the Role :

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and motivated clinical pharmacist for a full-time travel contract with a respected hospital in Minnesota. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment where youll play an integral part in patient care, medication management, and clinical decision support.

In this position, youll work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy while maintaining compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

What Youll Do :

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness

Provide clinical support and recommendations to healthcare providers

Monitor patient therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, policies, and federal / state regulations

Educate patients and staff on medication use, interactions, and side effects

Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care plans

Support formulary management and medication utilization reviews

What Youll Need :

Active Minnesota Pharmacist License

Previous experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting required

Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and clinical protocols

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
