GxDP Timing Integration Lead
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Cole Engineering three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business].
This role is part of the Global Engineering Operations & Specifications Global Development Process Center, specifically within the GxDP Integration Team. As the GxDP Timing Integration Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing timing templates that support the Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP). Using critical path-based methodology, you will enable robust program execution and ensure consistency, visibility, and alignment of GVDP elements across the GxDP framework.
This position requires strong organizational and analytical capabilities, program / project management expertise, and a collaborative mindset to manage multiple complex initiatives effectively.
