Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, including staff management and inventory control, ensuring a positive experience for customers and associates alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and performance goals while managing retail operating costs and budgets.
• Optimize the eyeglass department for efficiency and compliance with company standards, identifying areas for improvement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all team members uphold the same standard.
• Maintain quality assurance across all operations.
• Implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies as per company standards.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and sales associates, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed timely.
• Assist in forecasting staffing needs and contribute to recruiting top talent.
• Lead coaching efforts to help associates hit sales and customer service targets.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians in accordance with legal guidelines.
