Job Summary

Be a key part of the action at Kauffman Stadium for KC Royals Games and Concerts!

No prior experience needed!

Assistance available for obtaining a security license.

Earn weekly pay at $16.24/hr.

Enjoy a flexible schedule with availability on game days and weekday events.

As an Event Security Staff member, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting all aspects of event preparation and execution.
• Managing entry into venues, including ticket scanning and verification of credentials.
• Screening guests for safety, including bag searches and ID checks.
• Monitoring for security breaches at checkpoints to protect guests and staff.
• Quickly addressing crowd control issues and escorting guests as needed.
• Understanding venue policies to ensure compliance and enhance guest experience.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on local laws.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Ability to apply independent judgment and discretion.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
