Senior Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead purchasing operations and drive cost-effective sourcing strategies for our manufacturing organization. This role will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle while collaborating cross-functionally to support production and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead procurement activities to acquire materials, equipment, and services that support manufacturing operations and business objectives
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Review and fulfill purchase requests from engineering, production, facilities, and other business units
• Maintain accurate purchase order records and monitor order status through completion
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and warehouse teams to address procurement challenges and streamline processes
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent production disruptions
• Utilize MRP systems to forecast material needs and plan purchasing activities
