We are inviting you to apply for the Banquet Floor Supervisor position. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate gatherings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee event setup to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Supervise banquet staff and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality guest service throughout events.
• Act as a liaison between departments and event organizers.
• Monitor adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage event flow and address issues promptly.
• Supervise post-event cleanup and equipment return.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reports and time sheets.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies.
• Attend and contribute to event planning and debrief meetings.

We do require that you have a background consisting of 1-2 years of banquet supervisor / set-up leadership experience. Banquet & Event Certification / Diploma preferred but not required.
