We’re representing a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation across the DC–Baltimore region. They deliver high-quality commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects and are seeking a Project Manager to lead efforts from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning and budgeting to final delivery.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation to ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with superintendents, architects, and owners to maintain clear communication and accountability.
• Handle contracts, change orders, and cost tracking with accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster a strong team culture and uphold high standards of safety and quality.
